# Refund & Return Policy


At MyHomeCart.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

## 1. Return Eligibility

- You can request a return within **7 days** of receiving your order.  

- Product must be **unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition** that you received it.  

- Certain items (personal care products, undergarments, hygiene items) are **non-returnable** due to safety reasons.

## 2. Damaged / Wrong Product

- If you receive a **damaged, defective, or wrong product**, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with clear photos or video proof.  

- Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as per your preference.

## 3. Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued to your **original payment method** (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within **7–10 business days** after product inspection and approval.  

- If the order was **Cash on Delivery (COD)**, we will refund to your bank account/UPI after collecting details from you.

## 4. Non-Refundable Situations

- Wrong size or dislike of product (unless supplier accepts).  

- Delays caused by courier, customs, or unforeseen events.  

- If return request is made **after 7 days** of delivery.

## 5. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can only be cancelled **before shipment**.  

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
